The Complaint Registration app provides a facility to the citizen to submit text or media complaints against the Bus, Yellow / Black / Taxi, Auto Rickshaw / Motorcycle, Tourist Taxi etc to the Directorate of Transport, Government of Goa. The Department will investigate the case and update the complainant / citizen with the necessary action taken. Internet Connection is required to view the complaint forms as well as to submit the complaints. The App provides a facility to the citizen to submit text as well as media complaints to the Directorate of Transport, Government of Goa. Registering of Account in the App is mandatory in order to submit a complaint. Please provide the correct contact details. The Directorate of Transport will contact the complainant on the mobile number registered by him/her on the App with regards to his/her complaint. Please try to keep the file size for Media Complaint below 4-5 Mb as it is possible that the complaint may not be submitted. Kindly inform us regarding any bugs or issues with the App at
